The App only collects necessary data to provide services, such as email address, user ID, device type, OS version, and usage logs. For sensitive data (e.g., contacts, location, photos), you will be informed and your consent will be obtained.

3. KYC (Identity Verification) Data

To comply with legal and anti-money laundering regulations, we collect identification documents (ID, passport, driver’s license front/back), selfies or ID-in-hand photos for verification. This data is used strictly for compliance purposes.

4. Storage and Security of KYC Data

All sensitive files are stored securely with encryption and are only accessible to authorized compliance personnel. If you do not complete verification or wish to delete your data, you may submit a deletion request.

5. Third-Party KYC and Legal Compliance

If KYC is conducted via third parties, we ensure they comply with VASP standards and applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR). Only the minimum required data will be shared, and international transfers are protected accordingly.

14. Compliance Statement

Bridgefy Wallet follows Polish VASP regulations and is registered in Singapore. All data processing and transfers meet GDPR-equivalent standards.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Polish law. In case of disputes, both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
